Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the LiquiMatch app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Shantanu Jain (collectively, the "Application"). Shantanu Jain is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience while using our Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Name. The information the Service Provider requests will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.
The Application collects information automatically, including details such as your mobile device's unique ID, IP address, operating system, and tracking technologies. The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, or service delivery.
Account Sign-In & Cloud Save Data
Signing in to the Application is completely optional, and the game is fully playable without creating an account. If you choose to sign in using Apple or Google to back up and restore your game progress across devices, we collect your email address, name (display name), and a unique user ID (account identifier).
We use this information only to authenticate your account and sync your game progress. We store your game progress (including completed levels, stars, coins, daily streak, and settings) in the cloud using Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore). This sign-in and account data is not used for advertising or tracking, and is not sold or shared with third parties (other than Google Firebase, which processes it on our behalf).
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can do this in-app by navigating to Settings → Save/Load your progress (sign in if not already) → tap "Delete account & data", and confirm. Third-Party Services
Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies regarding data handling. Below are the links to the Privacy Policies of the third-party service providers used by the Application:
In-App Purchases
LiquiMatch offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("Remove Ads"). All payments are processed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store — we never receive or store your payment card or billing details.
To deliver, validate, and restore your purchase, we use RevenueCat, Inc. as a service provider. For this purpose, we and RevenueCat process limited data such as your purchase history/transaction information, your store country, and an anonymous app-generated identifier. This data is used solely to provide the purchased feature (including restoring it across reinstalls) and is not used for advertising or tracking, and is not linked to your personal identity. International Data Transfers
The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the Service Provider will use appropriate mechanisms, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
Your Rights & Opt-Out
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact the Service Provider at knowvationindia@gmail.com.
If you have signed in and created an account, you can delete your account and all associated cloud-saved data at any time. You can do this in-app by going to Settings → Save/Load your progress → tap "Delete account & data", or by emailing us at knowvationindia@gmail.com. You can stop further collection of information by uninstalling the Application from your mobile device. Uninstalling does not automatically delete information already transmitted. To request deletion of such data, contact the Service Provider.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider retains personal data based on its necessity for the stated purposes:
- User Provided Data: Retained for the duration of your use of the Application plus 12 months thereafter, unless longer retention is required by law.
- Automatically Collected Data: Retained for up to 24 months from collection, unless longer retention is required for legal compliance.
- Aggregated and Anonymized Data: Retained indefinitely as it no longer identifies you.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16 years of age. In the event we discover a child has provided personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers.
Security & Data Breach
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, we will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
