At LiquiMatch, we value your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. This page provides clear instructions on how you can delete your account and all associated data from our systems.
LiquiMatch is a liquid-sort puzzle game developed by Shantanu Jain, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play (package name: com.liquimatch.game).
How to Delete Your Data In-App (Recommended)
Deleting your account and progress directly within the LiquiMatch app is the fastest method. This action immediately and permanently deletes your account and all cloud-saved progress.
Please follow these steps:
- Open the LiquiMatch game on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Settings menu (gear icon).
- Tap on "Save/Load your progress". If you are not already signed in, please sign in with the Apple or Google account you wish to delete.
- Tap the "Delete account & data" button.
- Confirm the deletion request when prompted.
Once confirmed, your account and all associated cloud-saved data will be deleted immediately and permanently.
How to Request Deletion via Email
If you have uninstalled the app, cannot sign in, or would prefer to request deletion manually, you can email us to request deletion of your data.
Please follow these instructions:
- Send an email to: knowvationindia@gmail.com
- Ensure you send the email from the email address associated with your Apple or Google account used in the game.
- Use the subject line:

Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity and permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
What Data gets Deleted?
When your account is deleted, we permanently erase all associated information. Nothing is retained. The following data is fully deleted:
- Your sign-in credentials: email address, display name, and unique User ID (account identifier).
- Your synced game progress: levels completed, stars, coins, daily streak, and custom settings.
Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your game progress cannot be restored.
